Yes — you can move between Starter and Professional at any time as your community's needs grow, and the change takes effect on your next billing cycle. Enterprise portfolios can add or remove communities as your management agreements change.
A door is any active residential unit in your community — a single-family home, condo, or townhome. Common areas, gatehouses, and amenity buildings are never counted.
